Zircon Cabochon from Sri Lanka 6.7ct

These Zircon's come from Sri Lanka and are a beautiful green colour with some lovely inclusions which give them even more character. This one has a lovely brown hue in one of its inclusions making it even more interesting. It has been mined in the gem gravels of Sri Lanka for over 2,000 years. Like spinel, this is one of the most underrated gemstones. Perhaps because people associate it with cubic zirconia because of it's name, which is a man made gemstone.
